Using my statements on the previous WIP of this piece, absolutely stunning. By adding more detail with the rippling and reflections in the water, you've thoroughly enhanced the beauty and attitude of the picture. Simply that in addition to the already astounding foundation doubled it's charm. Still, there are a few things that could be improved upon; I'll stick to what i said before about the inconsistency of the style through the piece. The sharpness of the far-off trees contrast with the smooth and enchanting almost dreamy tone of the dragon's tree. Perhaps a bit more definition on the dragon's limbs and fur, and I'd say you're set.
In conclusion, I really must still say, "wow."
